The apparatus (1) comprises a bearing (7) that is stationary in relation to the tank (T), a filler neck (2) configured to receive the external fuel hose element and movably mounted about the bearing, and a pipe (3) coupling the filler neck with the flange of the tank. The pipe includes several pipe elements (13-16) that are rotatably coupled to each other and to the flange in a portion, in which the pipe elements are shaped, such that the filler neck is pivotable about the pivot axis (X7). An independent claim is included for a vessel.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (1) zum Überleiten eines Fluids, insbesondere Verbrennungskraftstoff, in einen Tank (T) eines Schiffes, aufweisend einen ortsfest dem Tank (T) zugeordneten Flansch (4), einen Befüllstutzen (2) zum Aufnehmen eines externen Tankrüsselelements und eine den Flansch (4) und den Befüllstutzen (2) verbindende Leitung (3), wobei der Befüllstutzen (2) um ein in Bezug auf den Tank (T) ortsfestes Lager (7) bewegbar gelagert ist. Erfindungsgemäß weist die Leitung (3) eine Vielzahl von Rohrelementen (13, 14, 15, 16) auf, die mindestens teilweise zueinander und zum Flansch drehbar gekoppelt und derart geformt sind, so dass der Befüllstutzen (2) um mindestens zwei, vorzugsweise genau zwei, vorbestimmte Schwenkachsen (X7, X5) schwenkbar ist.
