[origin: EP2738300A1] The laundry treatment machine has rotatably mounted housing drum whose front side is provided with feed opening. A door portion (1) closing the feed opening is connected to housing drum via hinge (2). A front surface of closable door support ring (4) is hinged with glass flange using closing pin (3). A pot-shaped viewing glass (8) is fixed along inner edge of glass flange on which concealing door cover ring (6) is arranged. A foam-like annular strip provided as condensed lint seal is covered in assembled state of concealing door cover ring. An independent claim is included for a method for producing seal on door of laundry treatment machine.
