Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2738746A1] The cashbox has a receiving area for receiving stack of notes, and to which bank notes are mechanically fed in an offset direction. A moving back pressure unit (100) is arranged in direction opposite to the offset direction and exerts a counter pressure force on note stack in the receiving area. An elastic element biases the back pressure unit opposite to the offset direction for generating the back-pressure force. The elastic element is arranged in a torsion spring (118) and/or driver. The back pressure unit has a recess in which the torsion spring and/or drive spring are added.
