[origin: WO2013020942A1] In a motor vehicle air conditioning unit (1), comprising a housing (2), a heat exchanger (20), more particularly a refrigerant evaporator (5), with at least two manifolds (6) and cooling tubes (7) arranged therebetween forming a tube block (9), the heat exchanger (20) is to be sealed with respect to bypass air inexpensively and with little technical effort. This problem is solved in that the housing (2) has at least one V-shaped sealing rib (12) oriented parallel to an imaginary plane spanned by the tube block (9) and/or one H-shaped sealing rib oriented parallel to an imaginary plane spanned by the tube block (9) for sealing a front and/or rear side (10, 11) of the tube block (9), and the at least one H-shaped sealing rib (12) is oriented perpendicular to the at least one V-shaped sealing rib.
