Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2740375A1] The body protector (1) comprises a resilient padding portion (4) in or on which less-resilient reinforcement devices (5,6) are arranged. An outer layer (2) is formed on the padding portion and is made of stable-temperature heat-resistant material. The reinforcement devices are formed from metal or hard plastic. The outer layer is designed as film or textile. An interconnection layer (3) is formed between the outer layer and padding portion.
