Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2740519A2] The device has a brake (1) provided with a continuous central bow (6) to apply elastic return force to return braking branches (4) to a braking position. A blocking device occupies a blocking configuration and a non-blocking configuration in which the brake brakes the ski in the position, where the device is mounted to move relative to the brake so as to occupy the blocking or non-blocking configuration. The blocking device has blocking element acting on the brake during actuation of the device by applying an effect of positioning the brake in the non-braking position opposite the force. An independent claim is also included for a heelpiece and braking device assembly for attaching a rear part of a ski boot to a touring ski.
