Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2740843A1] The device (1) has a C-shaped fixing rail (2) attached with a back portion of a road sign panel (3), and a flange (5) extending around a support (4). Clamping elements clamp the flange on the fixing rail to fix the road sign panel on the support. A protection element (8) is partially inserted into a free end of the fixing rail. The protection element includes a base comprising a body and a strip that is to be inserted at the end of the fixing rail till the body abuts against the end.
