[origin: WO2013023232A1] A dental prosthesis is described with an implant body (1) and with an abutment (2) insertable into a receptacle of the implant body (1), which abutment forms a through-going opening (5) for accommodating a head screw (4) engaging with a female thread (6) of the implant body (1) and supports a tooth structure (3) secured against twisting. In order to ensure easy construction conditions, it is proposed that the head (7) of the head screw (4) be connected in a form fit to an anti-rotation device (9) that is bonded to the tooth structure (3) and can only be rotated together with the head screw (4).
