Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2013025176A1] Motor vehicle headlight regulating assembly is adapted for adjusting each desired position of a reflector (3) relative to a light casing (1) and optionally either simultaneously with each belonging light source (2), or independently there-from. Such regulating assembly comprises a spindle (40), which is adapted to cooperate with appropriately threaded bore (14) in said casing (1) and is furnished with a first end portion (40'), which protrudes inwards said casing (1) and is adapted to cooperate with the reflector (3), as well as with a second end portion (40''), which protrudes outwards and is interconnected with a female part (442), which is adapted to cooperate with corresponding torque generating tool, which is used by rotating said spindle (40) for the purposes of axial displacing said spindle (40) due to displacing the reflector (3), which at least indirectly cooperates therewith. In addition to said possibility of cooperating with a torque generating tool, said female part (402) is simultaneously used as a part of a coupling (44) consisting of said female part (442) and a male part (441), which is positively interconnected therewith for the purposes of transmission of a limited torque only, and which is on the other hand interconnected with said second end portion (40'') of the spindle (40), which protruded outwards from said casing (1).
