[origin: WO2012019826A1] The invention relates to a device for transporting loads having at least partial weight compensation, having a traveling trolley rail (12) and a traveling trolley (16) able to travel within a transport path along the traveling trolley rail (12) and having first deflecting rollers (32) for a load cable (18). The device further comprises at least one first load bearing unit (40) comprising a loose roll (38, 39) for receiving a load (46) and a load cable (18) running along the traveling trolley rail (12) and guided about the first deflecting rollers (32) of the traveling trolley (16) and between said rollers about the at least one loose roll (38, 39) of the load bearing unit (40). A counterforce generating unit (31, 30) for at least partially compensating for the weight of the load (46) is coupled to the load cable. The load cable (18) is coupled to the counterforce generating unit (31, 30) outside of the transport path of the traveling trolley (16).
