[origin: WO2013024061A1] The invention relates to a trigger (1) for a circuit breaker (2). The trigger (1) has a coil (3), and a trigger tube (4) is mounted within the coil (3) in some areas in a movable manner in a trigger direction (5). A first sub-armature (6) which is arranged outside of the coil (3) at least in some areas is rigidly connected to the trigger tube (4), and a movably mounted second sub-armature (7) and a liquid are arranged within the trigger tube (4).
