[origin: EP2743429A1] An automated fully submersible pool cleaning vehicle (PCV) (20) having both cleaning (40) and scrubbing (36, 60) structures. The PCV includes spaced wheels (30, 32) and wheel covers (34) over the wheels include scrubbing elements (36, 60). The PCV also includes a cleaning brush (42) which dislodges particulates and facilitates the particulates being sucked into the intakes and then a filtering member.
