Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2743506A2] The gas pump (10) has housing (1,2) with sealing surfaces (6,7), a delivery chamber (3) with an inlet (4) and an outlet (5) for gas and delivery devices (11,12) that are moved within the delivery chamber for delivering gas. The housings are joined to each other such that delivery chamber is partially enclosed over circumference of the chamber and the sealing surfaces abut each other in order to seal off delivery chamber. A sealing recess (9) extends in the sealing surfaces around the delivery chamber and is filled with sealing liquid when gas pump is in operation. An independent claim is included for a vehicle.
