Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2013023884A1] The invention relates to a windscreen wiper device for a motor vehicle, comprising a wiper motor and at least one wiper bearing on which a wiper shaft is mounted, said wiper shaft being driven by the wiper motor to actuate a wiper arm that is connected to the wiper shaft, and the wiper bearing being supported on the wiper motor by means of a connection element one end of which is connected to a retaining element formed on the wiper bearing. The invention is characterized in that the retaining element is cup-shaped and surrounds the end section of the connection element facing the wiper bearing at least across one peripheral section, the contacting surfaces of the retaining element and the connection element having at least one projection and at least one recess corresponding to said projection, which engage with each other in a positive fit when the connection element is pushed into or inserted into the retaining element.
