[origin: WO2013026520A1] The invention relates to a camshaft (14, 16) for the valve train of an internal combustion engine, comprising a base shaft (20) and at least one cam support (22) arranged on the base shaft (20) in a rotationally fixed and axially movable manner. The cam support (22) forms at least one cam group (26) with at least two cams which are arranged adjacently to each other in the axial direction and which have different shapes. The camshaft also comprises a bearing ring which is arranged on the cam support in a rotatable and axially non-movable manner. The invention is characterized in that the bearing ring is designed as a single piece.
