Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2746166A1] The method involves removing a blank for an outer package from a magazine (34), and pushing an inner package i.e. slider, into the outer package. The outer package is held in an area of a transport path after the alignment for accommodating the inner package. The outer package is arranged in the transport path such that longitudinal sides of the outer package are aligned parallel to the transport path. The inner package is moved in a relative position along the transport path and inserted into the outer package, where the outer package is designed as a casing. An independent claim is also included for a device for manufacturing a cigarette package.
