Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2746341A1] Use of polyamide molding composition comprising polyamide mixture (A) containing semi-aromatic polyamide (A1), amorphous and/or microcrystalline polyamide (A2) different from (A1), based on component (a1) comprising cycloaliphatic diamine and other aliphatic and/or aromatic diamine, and component (a2) comprising aromatic and/or aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having at least 6 carbon atoms, component (B) comprising fibrous additive (B1) and/or particulate (B2), component (C) comprising impact modifier and/or polymer different from (A), flame retardant (D) and additive (E) is claimed. Use of polyamide molding composition comprising 30-100 wt.% polyamide mixture (A) containing 50-98 wt.% semi-aromatic polyamide (A1), 2-50 wt.% amorphous and/or microcrystalline polyamide (A2) different from (A1) having glass transition temperature of 100[deg] C or more, based on component (a1) comprising 20-100 mol% cycloaliphatic diamine and 0-80 mol% other aliphatic and/or aromatic diamine, and component (a2) comprising aromatic and/or aliphatic dicarboxylic acid having at least 6 carbon atoms, 0-70 wt.% component (B) comprising fibrous additive (B1) and/or particulate (B2), 0-30 wt.% component (C) comprising impact modifier and/or polymer different from (A), 0-25 wt.% flame retardant (D) and 0-3 wt.% additive (E) is claimed. 45 mol% of all monomers of the components (a1) and (a2) are optionally substituted by 6-12C lactam or 6-12C aminocarboxylic acids. The total content of component (A1) and component (A2) is 100 wt.%. The total content of components (A)-(E) is 100 wt.%.
