Abstract (en)

Agent for pretreatment of contaminated medical or surgical instruments and apparatus, comprises surfactants. The agent is formulated in a sprayable manner. The agent is enzyme free. The agent exhibits a pH of >= 9. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a container comprising a device for generating an aerosol; and (2) processing medical and/or surgical instruments and apparatus, comprising (a) spraying the used instruments and/or apparatus with the agent, (b) transferring the instruments and/or apparatus to a central instrument processing station, (c) carrying out complete cleaning, disinfection and sterilization of instruments and/or apparatus in the central instrument processing station for restoring an operating condition of the instruments and/or apparatus.

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Mittel zur Vorbehandlung verunreinigter medizinischer oder chirurgischer Instrumente und Apparate, das Tenside enthält und versprühbar formuliert ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist es enzymfrei und weist einen pH-Wert von 9 oder mehr auf.
