[origin: CH705504A2] The composite profile has multiple mated composite profile segments (2'), where each composite profile segment has two profile plates (3',4') that are connected together by a web (5'). A connecting element (6') is provided at each profile plate for producing a plug connection with an adjacent composite profile segment. A non-heat-resistant spacer (7) is arranged on a wall of each connecting element for spacing two adjacent and plugged together composite profile segments.
