Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2746597A1] The valve assembly (1) has a base (6) and sealing cap (7) together defining a receiving space (27) in which a valve unit (3) is accommodated. The valve unit is mounted independently of cap on the base. The valve unit is equipped with a lower partial section (38) which incorporates a portion of the main valve device (43). The valve unit is equipped with an upper partial section (39) protruding from the base so as to project into the upper space portion (27b) of receiving space and enclose the top and side portions of the cap.
