The end wall fields (23) are hinged to at least two peripheral fields (4) of each end face (13) by means of fourth folding lines (34). In the erected state of the package, at least two end wall fields (231, 232) contact one another in a double layer, and the peripheral fields (4) contact the side wall fields (21, 22) in such a manner that the side wall fields (21, 22), together with the end wall fields (23), form a crumple zone edge (5) drawn in on the package (1) at the end face, providing impact protection.
