[origin: WO2013029782A1] The invention relates to a stopper for doors and/or windows, containing at least one branch (1) with a contour which tapers to a point (3) and with a coupling body (8) which consists, at least in part, of rubber or a flexible, rubber-like thermoplastic material or elastomer, wherein at least the outer surfaces (30, 32) of the branches have a relatively high coefficient of friction. The stopper is intended to be developed to the extent where, along with low outlay in respect of production and materials, it can be used straightforwardly in the case of both small spacings and fairly large spacings of a door or of a window, in the open state, from the floor or frame. For this purpose, it is proposed that two branches (1, 2) with inner surfaces (20, 22) be provided, these being connected to one another in a connecting region (24) and diverging outwards away from one another towards the points (3, 4) of the branches (1, 2), that the two branches (1, 2) be connected to one another by means of the connecting body (8) and be arranged in the manner of a V, and that the outer surfaces (30, 32) of the branches (1, 2), starting from the points (3, 4) in each case, run in the direction of the coupling body (8) with the spacings therebetween decreasing in the process.
