Abstract (en)
The apparatus (10) has a rigid metallic body (12) provided with a straight trunking (13) for housing a rope, and a securing system (15) to swivel between a closed position and an open position releasing access to the trunking for fitting or removal of the rope. A control device moves the system from the closed position to the open position and vice-versa. The device has gripping cleats (22, 23) actuated simultaneously to stabilize and lock the system in the open position to allow access to the trunking. The cleats are arranged side by side on a transverse pivot-pin (25) integral to the system.

Appareil de sécurité (10) anti-chute et de blocage sur corde, comportant : - un corps (12) rigide pourvu d'une goulotte (13) de logement de la corde, - un système de retenue (15) destiné à pivoter entre une position de fermeture pour coopérer avec la corde en la bloquant au fond de la goulotte en cas de chute, et une position d'ouverture libérant l'accès à la goulotte pour l'installation ou le retrait de la corde, - et un dispositif de commande pour déplacer ledit système de retenue de la position de fermeture vers la position d'ouverture, et vice-versa, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande comprend une paire de taquets de préhension (22, 23) aptes à être actionnés simultanément pour stabiliser et verrouiller le système de retenue (15) dans la position d'ouverture, les deux taquets de préhension (22, 23) étant disposés côte à côte sur un axe (25) transversal solidaire du système de retenue (15) pivotant..
