Abstract (en)
The mixer has a conical vessel (10) closed in an upper part, and an emptying device (13) including a lower opening (130) of the vessel and an obturator to pass from closing position to draining position. Mixture tools (20) internal to the vessel, has a helical screw (21) extending according to height of the vessel and scrapers (22, 22') to scrape a conical wall of the vessel. An articulation unit between the vessel and a frame (1) allows rotation of the vessel around its axis. A driving unit actuates rotation of the vessel. The tools are arranged in fixed positions with respect to the frame.

Mélangeur comprenant : - un bâti (1) - une cuve conique (10), fermée en partie supérieure, - un dispositif de vidange (13) en partie inférieure comprenant une ouverture inférieure (130) de la cuve et un obturateur (131) apte à passer d'une position de fermeture vers une position de vidange, - des outils de mélange (20), internes à la cuve conique (10), comprenant une vis hélicoïdale (21) s'étendant suivant la hauteur de la cuve et au moins un racleur (22,22') destiné à racler la paroi conique de la cuve (10), Selon l'invention, il comprend : - des moyens d'articulation entre ladite cuve conique (10) et le bâti (1), aptes à permettre la rotation de la cuve conique autour de son axe, - des moyens d'entrainement aptes à actionner en rotation la cuve conique (10), et dans lequel les outils de mélange (20) sont agencés en des positions fixes par rapport au bâti (1).
