Abstract (en)
The micro-fluidic channel system has a bubble catcher device, where the bubble catcher device has a semipermeable membrane (11). The membrane is impermeable for gas and permeable for liquid. The semi-permeable membrane has a feed channel (21) for liquid and an outlet (22) for liquid. A bubble catcher space (10) is provided in the area of the feed channel, which is adjacent to the semipermeable membrane. The bubble catcher space is acted with an excess pressure. A bubble outlet channel (41) is provided for discharging of gas bubbles from the bubble catcher space. An independent claim is included for a method of removing gas bubbles from fluids in a micro-fluidic channel system.

Es wird ein mikrofluidisches Kanalsystem mit einer Blasenfängereinrichtung bereitgestellt, wobei die Blasenfängereinrichtung wenigstens eine für Gas im Wesentlichen undurchlässige und für Flüssigkeiten im Wesentlichen durchlässige semipermeable Membran (11) umfasst. Die semipermeable Membran (11) grenzt einen Zuleitungskanal (21) für Flüssigkeiten und einen Auslasskanal (22) für Flüssigkeiten voneinander ab, wobei in dem Bereich des Zuleitungskanals (21), der an die semipermeable Membran (11) grenzt, ein Blasenfängerraum (10) vorgesehen ist. Der Blasenfängerraum (10) ist mit einem Überdruck beaufschlagbar. Weiterhin geht von dem Blasenfängerraum (10) ein Blasenauslasskanal (41) zur Ableitung von Gasblasen ab.
