[origin: EP2754817A2] The mounting plate (10) has a unit for accommodating a door actuator and for attachment to a door leaf (20). A lever (40) is operatively connected with a slide-piece arranged in a slide rail of a receptacle of the door actuator. A level variation is provided in the region of two ends of the mounting plate, and projects from the plane of the mounting plate. The lever, at one of its end, has a height offset for arrangement on the receptacle of the door actuator.
