[origin: EP2754854A1] The apparatus has rollers rotatably mounted about longitudinal axis, a tool holder (1), a bearing element for carrying a round shaft bit (32). The tool holder has a receptacle (6) in which bearing element is received. The bearing element is provided with a bore (30). A fixing element (12) is connected to bearing element by a screw in force-transmitting manner. The fixing element is arranged coaxially to bearing element. The fixing element has an external thread (28) in a threaded portion (27) that is engaged with an internal thread of bearing element. An independent claim is included for a method for assembly of bearing element.
