[origin: EP2754897A2] The device has a housing (1) provided with an intake (2) and a discharge piece (3). A drivable shaft (4) is supported inside a suction wheel. A stationary blade (11) cooperating a cutting blade (10) is provided in a region of the intake. The shaft with an end extends to the intake. The cutting blade is rotationally fixed to the end of the shaft for forming blade gap between the stationary blade and the cutting blade axially adjustable in the housing. Rotation of an adjusting sleeve (6) causes displacement of the shaft along axial direction.
