[origin: EP2756829A1] The device has a pair of elementary strands (1a, 1b) and adjustment units (3a, 3b), each comprising a slide path (4) for one of the elementary strands. A fixing system (5) fixes an end of another elementary strand. The slide path of one of the strands is laterally offset in a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the elementary strands with respect to the fixing system of the elementary strand. The fixing system for fixing the strands on the adjustment units is configured, so that the former strand is oriented in a different direction from the latter strand in the path.
