Abstract (en)
The cup (1) has a separable sealing film (3), and a drinking lid (2), where the cup is made from plastic. The drinking lid has an increased circulating edge (21), and a drinking aperture (24) is formed in the edge. The drinking lid has a downwardly aligned collar (22) with an internal or external thread (23), where the sealing film is welded in a sealing manner over the circulating edge. The drinking lid has a latch (31) arranged in an area of the aperture, where the latch is partially connected with the collar. The sealing film is made from aluminum and provided with a plastic layer.

Ein Becher (1) für ein kaltes, lagerfähiges Getränk hat ein Außengewinde (13), auf das ein Trinkdeckel (2) mit einem Kragen (22) und einem zu dem Außengewinde (13) passenden Innengewinde (23) aufschraubbar ist. Der Trinkdeckel besitzt einen erhöhten, umlaufenden Rand (21), in dem eine Trinköffnung (24) und eine Lüftungsöffnung (25) angeordnet sind. Eine Versiegelungsfolie (3) ist über den gesamten erhöhten Rand aufgeschweißt und deckt sowohl beide Öffnungen (24, 25) sowie einen durch den erhöhten Rand gebildeten Stauraum (32) im Trinkdeckel (2) ab.
