[origin: EP2757051A1] The cup (1) has a separable sealing film (3), and a drinking lid (2), where the cup is made from plastic. The drinking lid has an increased circulating edge (21), and a drinking aperture (24) is formed in the edge. The drinking lid has a downwardly aligned collar (22) with an internal or external thread (23), where the sealing film is welded in a sealing manner over the circulating edge. The drinking lid has a latch (31) arranged in an area of the aperture, where the latch is partially connected with the collar. The sealing film is made from aluminum and provided with a plastic layer.
