The insulation holder (10) has a rod-shaped base body (11), where an anchor portion (12) is arranged at the front end of the base body. The anchor portion is inserted and fixed in a building opening. A holding part (14) is fixed to the base body, and a support part (19) is arranged on the base body. A radial outer point (A) of the contact surface (20) has a radial distance (a) from the rod-shaped base body, which is three times as large as the diameter (d) of the rod-shaped base body.

Ein Dämmstoffhalter (10) besitzt einen stabförmigen Grundkörper (11), an dessen vorderem Ende ein Dübelabschnitt (12) ausgebildet ist, der in eine Gebäudeöffnung einführbar und in dieser festlegbar ist. Auf den Grundkörper ist ein Halteteil (14) aufsetzbar und festlegbar. Dabei ist vorgesehen, dass an dem Grundkörper ein Stützteil (19) angeordnet ist, das einen vom Grundkörper radial hervorstehenden Ansatz (21) aufweist, an dem zumindest eine Anlagefläche (20) ausgebildet ist, die im montierten Zustand des Dämmstoffhalters mit einer Gebäudeoberfläche in Anlage bringbar ist. Die Anlagefläche erstreckt sich senkrecht zur Längsachse des Grundkörpers. Ein radial äußerer Punkt A der Anlagefläche weist einen radialen Abstand a von dem stabförmigen Grundkörper auf, der zumindest 3mal so groß wie der Durchmesser d des stabförmigen Grundkörpers ist (a‰¥3d).
