[origin: WO2013041510A1] The invention relates to a device (1) for the stacking of bags (7) made of plastic film in packets, wherein the device (1) has at least one traction means, preferably one or two toothed belts (2, 2a, 2b). According to the invention, the device (1) has at least one cassette storage element (6), onto which the bags (7) can be placed flatly on top of one another and which can be fastened to the traction means, and the cassette storage element (6) has at least one means for clamping the placed bags (7). The invention further relates to a method for stacking bags (7) made of plastic film in packets for a device (1), wherein the device (1) has at least one traction element, preferably one or two toothed belts (2, 2a, 2b).
