[origin: US2013068347A1] The controlled discharge device includes a discharge vent which opens out firstly into an area for distribution of pressurised fluid, and secondly into a closed enclosure with an upper wall comprising a discharge aperture which is surrounded by an upper seat for a discharge locking valve; and a discharge locking valve comprising a weighty valve in a discharge locking valve guide comprising a guide duct with a lower end which communicates with the discharge vent, and an upper end which is coaxial to the upper seat.
