[origin: WO2013041275A2] The invention relates to a method and a circuit arrangement (150) for controlling a MOSFET (120, 122) that is in reverse operation, and to a DC/DC converter (100) comprising such a circuit arrangement (150). In the reverse operation, a current flows through an inverse diode (130, 140) of the MOSFET (120, 122) that brings about the drop of a voltage via the invers diode (130, 140). The voltage over the invers diode (130, 140) is used in order to activate the MOSFET (120, 122).
