A neck (3) connects the head with the handle, where a base structure of the neck, head and the handle are formed by a hard plastic component. The handle is partially covered by a soft plastic component, and the head has another soft plastic component. The neck has a passage-opening (37) that is surrounded by front and rear limiting walls, where a section of the limiting walls is provided with an elastic muscle (38).
