Abstract (en)
The device (1) has a transport unit (4) for transporting packed goods i.e. cuboid bales (3), in a gripping and cutting station (6). A clamping device (8) i.e. clamping bar, fixes the goods on a side and grasps binding materials e.g. binding wires (2), a cutting device (7) fixes the goods on the clamping device or another side and separates the materials in the station. The bar includes fixing elements adjacent to each other, where movable clamping grippers are associated to the fixing elements. The fixing elements project in a direction pointing on the goods relative to the grippers.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung (1) zum Entfernen von Bindematerialien (2) von Packgütern (3), insbesondere von Bindedrähten oder Bindeschnüren von gepressten Quaderballen als Packgüter. Um einen automatisierten Vorgang beim Entfernen von Bindematerialien zu haben, ist eine Transporteinheit (4) zum Transportieren der Packgüter (3) in eine Greif- und Schneidstation (6) vorgesehen, in der das Packgut (3) auf der einen Seite durch eine Klemmvorrichtung (8) und auf der anderen Seite des Packgutes durch eine Schneidvorrichtung (7) fixiert ist und Bindematerialien (2) durch die Klemmvorrichtung (8) ergriffen und durch die Schneidvorrichtung (7) durchtrennt werden.
