The element (10) has side sections (18a, 18b) arranged at long sides of a bottom section (16), where the long sides lie opposite to each other. Sides of the side sections face towards each other, and include inner surfaces (19a, 19b), which enclose angles (alpha 1, alpha 2) of less than 90 degrees with the bottom section. An extension of the inner surfaces and/or the side sections in a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal extension of the element is less than 15%, preferably 10% of an extension of the bottom section in the direction. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a fitting arrangement (2) a wing or frame.

Es wird ein Profilelement zum Abdecken, Führen und/oder Verbinden von Komponenten einer Beschlaganordnung, das einen Bodenabschnitt und an einander gegenüber liegenden Längsseiten des Bodenabschnitts angeordnete Seitenabschnitte umfasst, beschrieben. Dabei weisen die einander zugewandten Seiten der Seitenabschnitte jeweils eine Innenfläche auf, die mit dem Bodenabschnitt einen Winkel von weniger als 90° einschließt. Außerdem wird eine Beschlaganordnung mit einem solchen Profilelement beschrieben.
