[origin: WO2013045325A1] The invention relates to an operating method for a stock preparation zone in a paper, tissue or cardboard machine for producing a fibrous web, comprising at least one vat for preparing and storing a fibrous stock suspension and a measuring/control/regulating apparatus, wherein at least one property parameter of the fibrous stock suspension is determined by means of the measuring/control/regulating apparatus, and at least one preparation parameter for the fibrous stock suspension is adapted by means of the measuring/control/regulating apparatus in such a way that at least one quality parameter of the fibrous stock suspension in at least one vat remains within a predefined interval when at least one property parameter reaches, falls short of, or exceeds a threshold value.
