A signaling warning device (7a, 7b) is provided in the winch drive at an operating mode. The warning device is connected with the arrangement. An arrangement dot (8) is arranged on the rope drum and a base of a moving vehicle (2). A hook (16) is arranged in a region of the warning device and fixed with a base end of the traction part. A shining lamp (10) is formed in the warning device. An independent claim is also included for a moving vehicle.
