[origin: WO2013050065A1] This invention relates to a holding device (1 ) for mobile devices comprising a bottom member (2) having a flat first surface (2-1 ) and a second surface (2-2), a top member (3), a connecting member (4) having an elongated shape and extending along an axis (y), which axis extends upwardly in relation to the first surface of bottom member when the holding device is in an active position, and which extends along said surface of bottom member when the holding device is in a passive position. The bottom member comprises first recess (5) to receive part of the connecting member. The holding device comprises locking means (6) to permit releasable locking when the holding device is in the passive position and/or the active position. The invention also relates to a holder (14) for the holding device whereby the top member can be positioned in an opening (24) of the holder.
