The device i.e. window (1), has a frame (10), and an adjusting vane (13) i.e. casement, adjustably arranged at the frame and adjustable between opened and closed positions. A locking device locks the vane in a locked position and adjusts the vane relative to the frame in an unlocked position. An electromotive drive device adjusts the locking device between the locked and unlocked positions. An actuation element (3) is arranged at the vane and in effective connection with the drive device for producing an electrical control signal for controlling the drive device during actuation by a user.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schließvorrichtung eines Gebäudes, mit einem Rahmen, einem an dem Rahmen verstellbar angeordneten Verstellflügel, der zwischen einer geöffneten und einer geschlossenen Stellung verstellbar ist, einer Verriegelungseinrichtung, die in einer verriegelten Stellung den Verstellflügel in der geschlossenen Stellung verriegelt und in einer entriegelten Stellung ein Verstellen des Verstellflügels relativ zu dem Rahmen zulässt, und einer elektromotorischen Antriebsvorrichtung zum Verstellen der Verriegelungseinrichtung zwischen der verriegelten Stellung und der entriegelten Stellung. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass ein an dem Verstellflügel angeordnetes Betätigungselement, das mit der Antriebsvorrichtung in Wirkverbindung steht und ausgebildet ist, bei Betätigung durch einen Nutzer ein elektrisches Steuersignal zum Steuern der Antriebsvorrichtung zu erzeugen.
