[origin: EP2765265A1] The device (1) has a connecting element (4) attached to a panel (10), and a latch (6) fixed to a notched belt (3) while rotatable relative to the connecting element about a rotation axis (R). The rotation axis is perpendicular to a translation direction (D) and a hook element (7) such that the latch is blocked by the hook element in a blocking position. The latch includes a base and a wing attached to the base, where the wing extends perpendicular to the base and perpendicular to the rotation axis. An independent claim is also included for a screening device.
