Abstract (en)

The rotary plug comprises a base (4) and a movable part (2) that includes a protective cup rotatably pivoted with respect to the base. A mechanical unit limits amplitude of the rotation. The base is furnished with a passage (8). The movable part is furnished with a passage (6) and with a set of conducting recesses (10) that receive the pins of a male electrical fitting. A fastening unit secures the base with a support. A flexible electrical wires are linked to the conducting recesses, and pass through the passages. A set of conducting pads are formed on the base. The rotary plug comprises a base (4) and a movable part (2) that includes a protective cup rotatably pivoted with respect to the base. A mechanical unit limits amplitude of the rotation. The base is furnished with a passage (8). The movable part is furnished with a passage (6) and with a set of conducting recesses (10) that receive the pins of a male electrical fitting. A fastening unit secures the base with a support. A flexible electrical wires are linked to the conducting recesses, and pass through the passages. A set of conducting pads are formed on the base, and the flexible electrical wires are electrically connected with the conducting pads. An immobilization unit is formed on ends of the flexible electrical wires. The passages enclose the part of the flexible electrical wires. The protective cup comprises a set of perforations for the passage of pins of a male plug. The immobilizing unit comprises: a wedge unit for enclosing the ends of the flexible electrical wires; a clamping unit for enclosing the ends of an insulating sheath of the electric wires; and a pair of protuberances integral with the base, where the protuberances grip an end of the insulating sheath of the electrical wires, and forms a guide for the flexible electric wires. A mechanical safety device is integrated in the cup, and includes a mechanical unit for shutting off the perforations, where the mechanical unit not opens the access to the conducting recesses only under the simultaneous push in the perforations of two pins of a plug. The electric connections are made of welding or screwing. The flexible electric wires are crimped at two ends. A strip carrier block is integrated in a wall.

Prise de courant rotative comprenant une base (4) et une partie mobile (2, 22) comprenant une cuvette de protection (22) et apte à pivoter en rotation par rapport à la base (4), des moyens mécaniques (15, 16) pour limiter l'amplitude de la rotation, ladite base (4) étant munie d'un passage (8), ladite partie mobile (2, 22) étant également munie d'un passage (6) et d'une pluralité d' alvéoles conductrices (10) aptes à recevoir les broches d'une fiche électrique mâle, des moyens de fixation aptes à solidariser la base (4) avec un support, des fils électriques flexibles (24) entourés d'une gaine isolante et électriquement raccordés auxdites alvéoles conductrices, lesdits fils électriques traversant ledit passage de ladite partie mobile (2), des plots conducteurs (17) sur ladite base, lesdits fils électriques flexibles étant électriquement connectés auxdits plots, des moyens de calage (14, 18) sur la base (4) et sur la partie mobile (2) en rotation aptes à enserrer les extrémités des fils flexibles (24).
