[origin: EP2767409A1] The method involves providing a single sheet of paper (1) on which a set of pharmaceutical notes (N2, N3) is printed on both sides of a boundary line (4). The sheet of paper is folded until a configuration on which the set of notes is placed such that a set of contours of the notes coincide approximately. The boundary line is arranged approximately on a side folding line of the folded sheet. A cutting is carried out along the folding line so as to separate the notes. The notes are maintained by a detachable adhesive strip (13) provided between the notes. An independent claim is also included for a note.
