Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2767639A1] The drain assembly (1) has a valve body (2) with a sealing element (4) interacting with a valve seat (3). The valve body together with the sealing element is moved from the valve seat along a movement axis from a rest position to a flushing position, and from the flushing position to the rest position. A trigger unit is provided for triggering the flushing. The valve body is lifted from the rest position to the flushing position by way of the trigger unit.
