[origin: WO2013057433A1] The invention relates to an illuminating device (1) comprising light-emitting diodes, said device being equipped with a heat dissipator comprising a radiator, characterized in that said heat dissipator comprises: a base (4), one of the sides of the base (4), called the illuminating side, bearing said light-emitting diodes, said illuminating side being intended to be directed downwards, and the other side of the base (4), called the heat transmitting side (7), making contact with the radiator (3); the radiator (3), consisting of a single-part element, comprising: a plate (31), one of the sides of the plate making contact with said heat transmitting side (7) of the base (4); and fins (32) extending around said plate (31), said fins (32) being oriented substantially perpendicular to said plate (31) in such a way as to allow the light-emitting diodes to be cooled by natural convection.
