Abstract (en)
The collar (4) has a base (10) formed with an opening (12) for receiving a cork of a gas bottle and equipped with a fixing unit to fix the base to the cork. An annular portion (14) longitudinally extends from the base so as to surround a valve to protect the valve. The portion includes a gripping unit i.e. handle (16). The fixing unit includes elongated and transverse orifices (30) in the base. The orifices traverse the perimeter of the opening on both sides of the longitudinal axis so as to receive pins (22) cooperating with the valve to fix the collar. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a gas bottle (2) a method for assembling a gas bottle.

L'invention a trait à un collier de protection et de préhension (4) d'une bouteille de gaz (6) pourvue d'un col (42) suivant une direction longitudinale et d'un robinet monté (8) sur ledit col (42), le collier (4) comprenant une base avec une ouverture (12) destinée à recevoir le col de la bouteille et une portion annulaire (14) s'étendant longitudinalement depuis la base (10) de manière à entourer le robinet (8) en vue de sa protection, ladite portion comprenant des moyens de préhension. Le collier comprend deux orifices allongés et transversaux (30) dans la base (10), lesdits orifices traversant le périmètre de l'ouverture (12), de part et d'autre de l'axe longitudinal de manière à pouvoir recevoir, chacun, une broche apte à coopérer avec la collerette (44) du robinet (8) en vue de la fixation du collier. L'invention a trait également à la bouteille équipée du collier et à un procédé d'assemblage de la bouteille.
