[origin: WO2013060597A1] In the case of this speed-limiting means having a cam wheel and pendulum lever and pendulum roller, a force-limiting wheel (16.4) with a plurality of noses (16.7) is provided on the pendulum lever (16.3) instead of a nose which penetrates into the path of blocking-ring teeth (14.1), wherein the force-limiting wheel (16.4) is braked by means of a slip clutch (20). If, in the event of activation, the braking force in the limiting cable exceeds the force of the slip clutch (20), the force-limiting wheel (16.4) is rotated by the nose (16.7) engaging with the blocking-ring tooth (14.1), wherein the cable pulley (10) is rotated along and the tensioning in the limiting cable (6) decreases and the following nose (16.7) penetrates into the path of the blocking-ring teeth (14.1) and blocks the cable pulley (10) anew. This means that those parts which are involved in the activation are safeguarded against the action of excessive force.
