[origin: EP2772172A2] The retaining plate (1) has a base plate (2) which is provided with an inlet opening (4) which is closable by a pivotable closure element (3). The pivotable closure element is pre-tensioned into a closed position through a spring. The pivotable closure element is formed integrally with the base plate. The pivotable closure element is connected with a retaining portion (10) arranged at the base plate through a film hinge (9). An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing the retaining plate for vacuum cleaner bag.
